50 ml Mint, Cardamom & Blackberry

15 ml Green Tea Syrup

25 ml Lemon

30 ml Fancy Foamer

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
