DIFFICULTY
INGREDIENTS

50 ml Rhubarb & Grapefruit

50 ml Grapefruit Juice

15 ml Lime

10 ml Agave

GLASS & GARNISH
Highball glass & garnish with grapefruit wedge
METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake hard over ice, double strain into a highball and top with soda. Garnish with salt on rim (flaky salt)
